Shipping
We ship all orders within 1-3 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Exchange Policy
We want you and your pup to be happy with every purchase. We offer exchanges only, no cash refunds on non-defective items. If something isn't right, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
Items that cannot be exchanged: consumables (treats, food), personalized or custom items, and items marked as final sale.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will fully cover the exchange and return shipping at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll resolve it immediately.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at kailobehr@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange
- We'll confirm your exchange is eligible and send you a prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items) or instructions for returning the item at your cost
- Once we receive the item, we'll ship out your exchange within 1-3 business days
Store Credit
If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock or unavailable, we are happy to issue store credit for the full value of your original purchase. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.
